Dropshipping is a retail model where you sell products without holding any stock. When a customer orders from your store, the order is sent to DeoDap and we ship the product directly to your customer under your brand. You never invest in inventory or handle logistics.
How do I get started with DeoDap dropshipping?+
Choose a plan that fits your goals, request a callback, and our team will onboard you within 24 hours. You'll get catalogue access, a dedicated manager (on eligible plans) and everything you need to start selling.
Do I need a GST number to start?+
A GST number is recommended for selling on most marketplaces and for proper invoicing, but you can begin with our entry plans while you register. Our team can guide you through the GST process.
Do I need any technical or business experience?+
Not at all. Our plans are built for complete beginners. Free webinars, training material and a dedicated manager help you learn everything step by step.
Can I sell on social media instead of a website?+
Yes. Many of our sellers run their entire business on Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook. The Reselling and Saheli plans are designed exactly for social-media-first selling.
Is there any joining fee?+
There's no separate joining fee — you simply pay the annual plan price (plus GST). Plans start at just ₹999 + GST per year for the Reselling plan.
What is the profit margin I can expect?+
Because you buy at wholesale and set your own selling price, margins typically range from 25% to 60% depending on the product and category. You're always in control of your pricing.
How many products can I sell?+
All plans give you access to our full catalogue of 1400+ products and 4000+ SKUs across 10 categories. There's no limit on how many products you list or sell.
Do prices include GST?+
Plan prices are quoted excluding GST, which is added at checkout. Every order you fulfil comes with a proper GST invoice automatically.
Can I upgrade my plan later?+
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference. Many sellers start on Reselling or Premium and move up as their business grows.
How long does shipping take?+
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination, via our trusted courier partners across India.
Do you provide COD (Cash on Delivery)?+
Yes, COD is supported on all plans alongside prepaid orders, so you can serve customers who prefer paying on delivery.
Will my brand appear on the package?+
Yes. We offer white-label packaging on all plans, so shipments go out under your brand with no DeoDap branding visible to your customer.
Can I track my orders?+
Every order comes with a tracking number that you and your customer can use. You can also manage and track all orders from the DeoDap dashboard and mobile app.
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo proof. Our support team helps resolve every return or replacement quickly.
